TRILUX reinforces its commitment with the new extended availability
Zaragoza, November 2023. TRILUX reinforces its commitment to its customers with the new promise of extended availability. This commitment guarantees ten years of product availability from the date of purchase for selected luminaires, extending to fifteen years for spare parts. This extension significantly extends the useful life of the lighting installation, promoting sustainability and facilitating efficient and safe maintenance. An additional benefit is the individual replacement of defective fixtures with compatible units, allowing uniform design continuity in subsequent projects.
With the promise of extended availability, TRILUX reaffirms its position as a reliable and long-lasting partner for quality lighting solutions. Hubertus Volmert, CEO of TRILUX, explains the ideas behind this commitment: “In an extremely dynamic environment, our goal is to offer our customers greater planning security and sustainability with this broad promise, effectively reducing their effort and costs“.

Thanks to the extended availability of spare parts, existing lighting systems can be easily maintained for an extended period, which increases their useful life and reduces life cycle costs. In addition, even after ten years, if a light fixture needs to be replaced, it will still be available.

BASED ON DURABILITY
Hubertus Volmert sums it up: “A unique selling point of our lamps is their “longevity”, this promise represents the perfect fusion of durability and sustainability”. Initially, the pledge applies to selected luminaires with high market demand and strong future viability in terms of smart capabilities, including, for example, E-Line, Sonnos, Tugra and Parelia. With these products TRILUX also lays the foundations for circular lighting solutions. This is another reason why the new promise of extended availability is an important milestone on the way to becoming the most sustainable lighting company.

Future-proofed, with the promise of extended availability, luminaires remain available ten years after purchase and replacement parts up to fifteen years.
