Loyalty Campaign 2023 is here and it comes with amazing rewards! At IGSA, we are pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to get great gifts on certain purchases that will give you points that you can redeem for gifts.

The 2023 loyalty campaign is a way of thanking our loyal customers for their support and trust in our products. We know how important you are to us, and that’s why we want to reward you in the best possible way.

General conditions

• In the absence of availability or discontinuation, Termoclub reserves the right to modify the gifts for ones of equivalent value or characteristics, and/or if there is none, to exchange the product for another completely different one, a fact that will be communicated in the form official to customers that participate in the points program. The photographs, color and description of the products in the catalog may not correspond with the available model.
• Travel is not included in the packs/boxes.
• The travel check is always VAT included. The travel voucher is valid for 2 calendar years, the period of validity of the campaign fidelity and the following. Under no circumstances can a traveler’s check already requested be returned.
• It is an essential requirement for the exchange of points that the customer is in a situation of solvency of payments. Those customers who are find irregularities in the payment of invoices, they will not be able to use the balance of points until the regularization of the same.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Points may not be exchanged for cash under any circumstances as a means of payment for any of the services provided.
• In no case can there be an exchange of points.
• The points program is only applicable to the gifts in this catalog or those officially communicated by Termoclub.
• Points NOT CHANGED on February 28, 2024 will lose their value.
• Gifts already requested cannot be returned or points can be recovered once redeemed.
• Any anomaly or defect in the gift delivered will be reported to the linked Termoclub point of sale, within a maximum period of 48 hours.
• Orders will be delivered within approximately 15 to 30 days, always depending on the availability of the supplier.
• If you want to have gifts for Christmas and Kings, the member has the deadline to send the order to Termoclub on 11/10/2023.
• Orders received after this date are not guaranteed to be delivered on time.
• Termoclub reserves the right to cancel the campaign due to force majeure.
