Human Centric Lighting (HCL) has been talked about quite often lately.
HUMAN CENTRIC LIGHTING – Light is necessary in our lives and affects our performance and health. The “invention” of artificial light seeks to make up for the absence of natural light. Over time, studies have provided insight into how light works and how it affects our work, our emotions, and our mood.
Human Centric Lighting seeks to make artificial light as transparent as possible to natural light to achieve greater well-being and improve people’s quality of life in their daily lives.

To stay active and improve our performance we use colder colored light with more intensity. While the softer light and warmer color temperature has a relaxing and calming effect.
That is why at the beginning of the day the intensity must be higher and it goes down as the day progresses until it reaches an intensity that goes down to face the sleep phase. And the color temperature goes from warmer to colder and back to warmer, looking for a gradual activation first incremental and then decreasing.
