SOLUTIONS IN WORKPLACES
Workplaces are a part of what the office, office or shop is and has been. If different from vehicles that are increasingly equipped with comfort and safety equipment, workplaces in offices or at home remain practically the same as in the past. At most, plugs and network points have been added to connect computers, and other devices that are now being updated.
These plugs and network points are often found in boxes on the floor or on the wall from where they connect directly or with an “extension” or power strip to the equipment we need to work.
These elements are a good solution, quick and cheap, but an improvised exit if nothing else. The first thing to consider when applying quick solutions like this is whether the plugs, like the cable that feeds it, and like the protections they hang from, are prepared to support all this increase in consumption.
BOXES ON THE FLOOR OR ON THE WALL
Thus, in more suitable installations, the work points are connected to boxes on the floor or on the wall from where the equipment we need to work is connected directly.
If the system is dimensioned well, the floor or wall boxes become an intermediate point of “distribution” of the connections.
When the sockets and network connection points are under the table, they tend to end up with cables that poke their heads around the contours of the table and thanks to ingenious solutions, we don’t have to hunt for them on the floor again because they slip and fall under the table.
In order to be able to work more comfortably and in a more practical way, especially in cases where mobility is at a premium or the need to plug and unplug more often, desktop workplace solutions are needed.

ESTABLISH WORK POINTS
Tabletop workstation solutions allow us to establish work points on the table so that it is easier to access plugs, network points and other multimedia connections without having to go looking for them under the table. Everything in a more orderly and easy way.
ARE COLUMNS
Other alternatives are columns, these solutions are more permanent. Well placed, they allow you to work more easily than having to go under the table every time you need to plug in or unplug.
Columns are also an advantage when wiring comes through the ceiling. In this case it is a good solution to “download” the electricity and network connections to each workplace directly.
As in the case of floor or wall boxes, it can serve as an intermediate point for the distribution of sockets and network points in desktop workplaces, but it is also necessary to take into account the well design of the electrical loads to ensure the good operation in terms of protections, wiring, etc…
